Tuition Tuition, including all meals and housing, is $675 per person. A small number of semi-private cabins and rooms for 1, 2, 4 or 5 people are available for $80 extra per person. In most of the semi-private cabins, a couple will be sharing the space with another unrelated couple, and in almost all cases showers and bathrooms are shared. All housing is assigned in order of paid registrations. If you wish to stay at home or at a nearby inn or motel, tuition, including all meals, is $605. Registration Registration is still open and will continue until each level is filled. Please read the revised SONH 2010 Levels Information and Levels Descriptions before registering. Please register online whenever possible. After you register online, send your payment ASAP to hold your spot. We reserve the right to maintain a balance of leads/follows, and a first-come, first-served policy will be in effect for both reservations, housing and the waiting list. Since many folks need a little extra time this year, if you let us know when to expect full payment, we will guarantee your spot until then. Your registration is not complete and your space is not guaranteed until we have received your full payment or you have paid at least $200 and have set up a payment schedule. Spaces will be filled as payments are received. If have already made a partial payment and your level fills up before you send your balance due or set up a payment schedule, you will be offered a spot on a waiting list. If you do not want to join the waiting list you can cancel your reservation at that time and receive a refund of your payment less $50. If you register after July 15th and your level is already full, you will be offered a spot on the waiting list. If you decline, any payment you have sent will be refunded. Payment Methods Make out checks to Swing Out New Hampshire, LLC. Mail checks to SONH c/o Mark Kapner 357 San Francisco Blvd., San Anselmo, CA 94960. Checks or money orders must be in US funds, and MUST be payable by a bank located in the US. The US bank's name and address must be printed on the check or money order. You will be responsible for any bank collection fees if these instructions are not followed. All refunds will be made in US funds. You will be responsible for any collection fees if refund checks are not deposited in a US bank. Online payment for SONH fees is available through PayPal. PayPay's secure servers permit you to use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Credit Card, or to send payment from your bank account or PayPal account. Credit Card information you supply to PayPal is confidential and not revealed to us. We cannot accept credit card payments over the phone, by mail or at camp. Click here to make an online payment. Waiting List If you register after July 15th and your level is already full, you will be offered a spot on the waiting list. If you decline, any payment you have sent will be refunded. If you are registered and have already made a partial payment and your level fills up before you send your balance due and you have not set up a payment schedule, you will be offered a spot on the waiting list. If you do not want to join the waiting list you can cancel your reservation at that time and receive a refund of your prior payment less $50. If you want to join the waiting list, please register online and send at least $200 to hold your waiting list spot. If you cancel from the waiting list. or if a spot opens up and you decline it, you will receive a full refund less $50. If no spot opens up, you will receive a full refund. If you accept a spot which has opened up, you must sent your balance due immediately. Cancellations Cancellations made on or before July 15th will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after July 16th up to and including August 7th will receive a full refund minus the $200 deposit. There will be no refunds after August 7th. No refunds will be made for no shows, or after camp has started. Minors Please note that minors 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent, or must be accompanied by a guardian and have written parental permission and the prior approval of the camp directors.
